Call Duty Black Ops

This game has taken all of the best elements from all the previous Call of Duty games, eliminated the things that didn't work, and the result is a nearly flawless online experience. Here are the issues that are fantastic additions/fixes to the series, as well as some of the things you won't find.

Call of Duty: Black Ops is both a single and multiplayer game. It incorporates online split-screen in matchmaking for multiplayer which is very nice. The mulitplayers maps are mid sized and thankfully are not maps like in Modern Warfare 2, which many people found annoying.

This new game incorporates a Zombie campaign which totally rocks for those of us who love to shoot at Zombies!

The single player campaign story is compelling, engaging and a huge challenge. I had many hours of fun playing it.

The varied terrain, vehicle combat, and historical settings helped create an immersive experience to say the least, but the graphics were just okay in the multiplayer.

However, single players graphics are excellent. Zombies is amazing... It seems that they put much more work into this mode than multiplayer...the visuals are good as well. The campaign mode is also very nice. The graphics are very life like.

The wager match game modes are extremely fun, but you do not gain XP which is a downside if you want to level up. They did a fantastic job with some of the customization, however there seems to be no sense of accomplishment for getting all those headshots. Its still the game to play, at least for now since it likely has the largest population playing it.

I hope they release a Map Pack soon so there's more play.
