Just Dance 2 Review

Just Dance 2 has over 45 new tracks, chart-topping singles from classic hits and legendary songs and today's chart-toppers. It's choreographed dance moves keep you moving and exercising with or without friends.

It incorporates all new game modes so it's not the same old boring thing, and it allows for multiplayer fun, some modes supporting up to 8 players.

Even though it's a workout in disguise, you can still keep up with the calories you burn by looking at the screen and watch the Sweat Meter.

Just Dance 2 includes 4 new dance modes including: Duet Mode, Dance Battle Mode, and Just Sweat Mode.

For those less familiar with Just Dance or Just Dance 2, it was the first dance video game that featured real dance moves set to popular music. Before its advent dance games were basically exercises in timing where you stomped your feet on a mat or moved your hands to match an on-screen pattern. What makes the Just Dance games so great is that you actually learn real dance moves you can take anywhere and use in addition to the gaming fun and exercise benefit.

The dance moves are definitely faster and more difficult than the first version, with a great new mix of songs. The feature that I'm most excited about is the fact that more songs can be purchased so you won't get bored with the songs it came with. Burning calories has never been this much fun!

I'm also totally impressed with the variety of genres they have covered. You can dance hip hop, latin, disco, techno, and electronic... totally made me want to buy some glow sticks, have a rave. Unbelievably fun workout.
